great location but service can improve
The ski hire service was efficient, allowing my family to gear up in less than 15 minutes. The staff offered valuable advice on rental options and ski routes, guiding us to some amazing spots in the area. The mountain view from our room was lovely.

The room booked + paid for 3 persons(adults) was only suitable for 2 persons , + I had to pay the hotel extra to move to another larger room !

Rooms felt cramped for larger families!!! The restaurant closure for events without prior notice made dining frustrating. Limited parking availability is a hassle!!! Confusing activities for kids left us wishing for a better arrangement!!!

The hotel area is nice, it's located in front of the montains and only a few meters walk from the city center. The rooms are really nice and mountain style. The swimming pool is also really great and the jacuzzi in front of mountains is perfect !
One thing I didn't like, moreover I hate ! Is that I did the reservation with Booked.net, it was perfect, I knew that in my reservation I didn't take breakfast, but it was ok for me. But when I arrived at the hotel, they told me that my reservation was included the breakfast, so cool .... I went to it ! :-) But when I came back to pay, they charge me more for the breakfast 12 €/one pers ! I think it s not fair and incorrect.

The location was superb, with the village just a short walk away and pistes right on our doorstep. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman at the ski rental shop who made gearing up easy. Our room was spotlessly clean, modern, and offered fine mountain views from the balcony.
There were limited menu options in the dining area, which could be improved.

at breakfast I asked a cappuccino to the waiter and he said "with chantilly". I said "no, without please" he replied "our cappuccino has chantilly". I think he just did not want to do one for me. Note : we were only 4 persons in the restaurant

easy access to town and parks makes for a great stay
The service at this hotel was really good, with everyone warm and helpful. It's only a five-minute walk into the center of town where you can find great dining options and enjoy the beautiful scenery at Bun J Ride, perfect for my weekend strolls.

It was just a great match for strolling around in La Clusaz with excellent value for money. I enjoyed the cozy bar area after skiing. It had a really nice ambiance. Bring some snacks for late-night cravings, as the dining options aren't extensive.

The cozy bar area, complete with pool tables and a comforting fire, provides a great space to unwind after a long day on the slopes.
Room sizes can feel cramped, especially for families. The breakfast selection was lacking, and many found it underwhelming, while the dining options for dinner were notably limited and didn't change much throughout the week. The wellness area, though generally nice, faced temperatures that felt less than inviting during peak times. Parking can be a hassle, so plan ahead if you're coming with a vehicle.
